Thank you for your interest in Nantucket Education Trust Cow Pond Lane Housing. Currently there are no NET housing units available to rent as the units are fully occupied at present. Applications for housing may be submitted here and will be kept on file. A member of the NET Housing Committee will be in touch should a unit become available.

In 2000, the Nantucket school system was facing a housing crisis with its staff. Employees were not able to find housing that was commensurate with their salaries. A task force was assembled, land was located, and designs were created for the project. Out of this process came the Cow Pond Lane housing. These twelve units are a mix of one, two, and three-bedroom units made available to public school employees.
